The True Finns party doesn’t want to give financial support to Portugal in it’s current situation. They suggest that portugal should be removed temporarily from the euro, until Portugal “is back on it’s feet again”. Discuss.

So, technically, I don’t believe in bailing out banks, so I’m kinda conflicted by this one. But I definitely don’t think that those that have joined the Euro should be booted out of it, temporarily. The European Union, for all … Continue reading

How do you see EU? How has it developed, what has it improved and what should be done differently in the future?

Big hulking lefty bureacracy. Which unfortunately is roughly how the right see it, and obviously they like that even less than I do. The EU is, by the nature of its goals and history, quite a complicated beast. Getting countries … Continue reading

Is finding balance necessary?

When on a tight rope, yes. When lying on the beach, it comes naturally without any effort. And it means something else entirely, if anything at all, when swimming. But my first thought is actually politics. As part of it’s … Continue reading

How do you find the balance?

You just put things on and take things off until it starts to look about right. Then try and hang on for dear life. Just like a traditional weighing scale. I’m tempted to argue that everything in life is about … Continue reading
